What We Care For!

Building Young Entrepreneurs with ECP

Enterprise Challenge Pakistan aims to provide direct contribution to the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pakistan by creating an all-inclusive platform for youth from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Over the course of 5 cycles, more than 3000 young people in 30 cities across 80 schools have participated in Enterprise Challenge Pakistan. 

Developing Social Technology Startups with STEP

Social Technology Entrepreneurship Program
(STEP) was a 6-month program, designed to identify young social ventures that are leveraging technology to deliver social interventions to alleviate socio-economic issues and/or propose business process innovations. PMPKL in collaboration with EYDS and SEED developed the program to boost social enterprises within Pakistan and provided them with an arena to learn and develop skills which would enable them to create a larger impact.

Building a Community of Thinkers with Pakistan100

Pakistan100 is a legacy leadership programme for young, Pakistani change-makers. The programme ran in partnership between Common Purpose, SEED Ventures, and EYDS, and was sponsored by Martin Dow. In November 2020, the first-ever cohort of young individuals accepted the Pakistan100 challenge of being the generation that takes responsibility for Pakistan when it turns 100 years old, through developing their skills,
abilities, and network.

Developing an Ecosystem Around Sustainability with Mission Cleaner Pakistan

Mission Cleaner Pakistan was active in 5 cities across 4 provinces in Pakistan. Over 2600 volunteers participated in clean-up drives and collected over 6 tons of trash saving 29 tons of CO2 from entering the atmosphere. 

Assessing the Efficiency of a Community-Based Waste Management Model

The Social Technology Entrepreneurship Program aims to identify, mentor and develop social start-ups and entrepreneurs that are using technology to deliver sustainable interventions for socio-economic issues that are present in the country.

Empowering Women in Mehran Town through Entrepreneurship and Skill Development

Imarah is a women empowerment project formulated to uplift the women’s community in Mehran Town. The programme will focus on three areas which have been identified during the research phase, namely early-stage learning, imparting vocational skills, and assisting women in becoming entrepreneurs. This programme is a three-year-long commitment towards the community of Mehran Town.
